We appreciate the margins with labor hire firms can be small, but when it comes to hiring executives, middle managers and specialist roles, few of us can continue to substantiate the 16-22% commissions charged by recruiting agencies.

Under our model:

  • You pay a single annual fee based on the number of roles we recruit for you. There are no other charges.

  • You can pay a one-off fee BUT, it is not a percentage of the candidates salary. It’s a set one-off fee that we agree on based on the type of role and time it will take to hire.

  • Our fees are easily 40-50% cheaper than main stream recruitment firms. Why? We do it better and don’t have their overheads.

  • Before you advertise or go to market we head hunt for you: saving you serious money.

  • You can advertise your roles on our job board for free.

  • And unlike SEEK where you are charged additional fees if you are hiring across States, we don’t. It’s one fee nationally and across any State you choose.

  • For all middle management roles we CALL shortlisted candidates who were unsuccessful. We will NOT email them. Emailing is unfair, unprofessional and it is not how you want to present yourself as a company / business.

  • Shortlisted candidates deserve an explanation. It’s that simple!

Candidates are presented to you professionally and as listed below. For senior or sensitive positions, we maintain strict confidentiality. Lastly, each candidate profile is standardised to ensure consistency thereby making it easier to compare.

We hired 26 clinical and non-clinical staff for an NGO at a time when their larger, more cashed-up competitors at the time, struggled to hire a few. How? It’s an ability to see that whilst they have a degree and an extensive CV, the most important element is that they completed their trade certificate at the age of 21. Funnily enough, it’s these subtleties recruiters nearly always miss. We don’t.
